Gore's Kiss of Death - Did Al Gore's endorsement of Howard Dean hurt the Democratic front-runner? The Weekly Standard's Noemie Emery thinks it just may have. If Howard Dean doesn't win the nomination or the presidency, Al Gore's political career is finished. He hurt candidates in 2002 and has helped divide the Democrat party today. Gore's behavior is more evidence that the Democrats are losing some cohesion as a party, and once again proves the almost total incompetence of DNC chair Terry MacAuliffe. Keep it up, guys.
