AUTHOR: Slublog DATE: 9/23/2003 10:49:00 AM ----- BODY: Telling Tales - Andrew Sullivan calls Wesley Clark "Ross Perot without the emotional stability." What I wouldn't give to be able to insult like the British. Why? As this story in the Weekly Standard points out, Clark's fevered imagination has him calling and receiving calls from the White House. Also, for a guy who took so long to declare a run for president, you would think his issues page would have some content on it. Come on, General! I was in high school ROTC when I had to memorize the military saying - "prior proper planning prevents poor preformance." --------
